Have you submitted your RSVP for the General Orientation and you know you want to serve at the higher levels?
Then you are ready to sign up for the Intensive Training. In this training we will discuss the following:
- Trauma, what that means, what that looks like in our members and how you can help
- Cultural Competency: being aware of who you are and who you aren't.
- Volunteer Do's and Don'ts: what is your role within NFNL and what you should and shouldn't do
- Healthy Boundaries: how to say 'no' in a polite manner
- Reporting Responsibilities: how to report abuse and when
Please note that you cannot attend an Intensive Training without first having attended the General Orientation. If for some reason you miss the Orientation you registered for then please look for the next one!
